Mike has been in the motorcycle industry since 2008, after attending MMI, he has been wrenching locally this whole time. While his management and customer service skills are solidly established, he has become known throughout Northern Kentucky as a true motorcycle expert. Mike is very excited to offer our Service Department resources to you.
Parts & Service Advisor
Shane is a Northern Kentucky native who has ridden motorcycles virtually his whole life. He's currently on a Harley Softail, but is in love with the Indian Challenger. Shane has also been in the motorcycle service business so he knows what he's doing at the parts counter. You will enjoy working with him!

Ryan has years of experience as a motorcyclist. This Northern Kentucky native currently rides a Triumph Thunderbird. He loves being around motorcycles and motorcycle people...AND he is anxious to help folks get the most from their ownership experience!
Kiel graduated MMI, and has been professionally working on motorcycles since 2006. In addition to being fully certified on Indian, Victory, and Slingshot, Kiel has extensive experience working on metric bikes. He's also a racing enthusiast, having raced motocross and ATVs.
Aaron is an avid motorcyclist, riding to work year round on his Ural sidecar rig, or on his BMW R nine T. He's been in Northern Kentucky his whole life. He enjoys working on all motorcycles, but especially Indians, and gets a kick out of seeing all the personalized bikes that come in to the shop. Your bike is in good hands with Aaron!
Scott a.k.a. "Big Papa" has been is sales for over 20 years. He is always working on behalf of the rider to facilitate the best customer experience possible. Scott has been married for over 30 years, has four adult children, and six granddaughters. He is passionate about his faith, family, and friends, and enjoys riding, good food, and lots of coffee.
Jesse comes from a motorcycle background with 7 years experience selling American made big twins. He's excited to meet new enthusiasts and reconnect with the motorcycle community he already knows. He enjoys riding and owns a couple classic Harleys.
Motorcycle Sales & Marketing
After working for 40 years in the automotive OEM business, Don is now in his dream job. He's an avid motorcycle enthusiast, riding since 1980. He likes riding his touring bike and vintage Hondas, but not as much as he loves riding his Indian Scout around Northern Kentucky back roads. He's passionate about re-establishing Indian to its proper place among motorcycle brands.
Joel has been an avid motorcyclist for 25 years, currently riding an Electra Glide Classic. He keeps the showroom and motorcycles spic&span, and operates our motorcycle delivery service. He's also the official Indian Motorcycle NKY grill master, whipping up cook out lunches for our customers during the summer!
Gretchen is a Kentucky native, growing up in the motorcycle culture, with both her dad and grandad as riders. She bought her first motorcycle right here at Indian Motorcycle of Northern Kentucky. a metric cruiser, but she really likes the Scout Bobber. Her husband and son are also riders, so the enthusiasm runs deep in her family.
